I was a bit skeptical of this book at first because I thought memory was just something you are given and you can't improve it and only some people have a good memory while others do not. This is a good book
I have a very busy life. I am forgetful but also, I mix dates up for appointments which is embarrassing. I knew I had to do something, so when I saw this I had to get it. Like any muscle in the body that you have to exercise the brain is no different. I am implementing the techniques they have suggested and I can already see some improvements. I will keep at it until hopefully it will become second nature without me having to think about it.
I would recommend this book!

My Memory is so much Better
I got to tell you guys. The tips in this book that are supposed to help improve your memory are basically like working out for your memory. As I started to pick up the techniques, I quickly got better and better and was able to progress through quicker. I have definitely noticed a significant improvement in my memory skills.

A must have in your collection
I found the exercises to be very useful and practical for a person with a hectic school/home life. I enjoyed learning the techniques in this book, don't want to give out any spoilers but I can say that they are very well explained and useful. I am currently in college and I am excited to apply these newly learned skills. I recommend this book for anyone who needs to improve their reading and information retention skills.

The narration is obviously, text to voice. Extremely robotic, possibly the worst audible I ever purchased. I couldn't get past the first couple of pages.
