La limpieza de jugo consiste en un proceso de desintoxicación y depuración del cuerpo humano, mediante la ingesta única de jugos preparados a base de verduras y frutas. Esta estrategia no solo va a limpiar el organismo, sino que además le realizan un aporte considerable de vitaminas y minerales que resultan de los muchos nutrientes y enzimas que tienen los ingredientes de los jugos. Más adelante usted aprenderá como poner en práctica este procedimiento para que también obtenga sus grandes beneficios para la salud y el bienestar de su cuerpo. Se les presentarán varias alternativas de recetas de los jugos para que usted pueda escoger los de su preferencia o simplemente jugar a combinar sabores. Un détox al igual que la limpieza de jugos consiste en efectuar la técnica por medio de la ingesta de jugos naturales elaborados de forma muy sencilla también con frutas y verduras. Como pueden ver estos dos procedimientos son bastantes similares. Más adelante podrán apreciar con mayor exactitud cada uno de los procesos, así como sus innumerables beneficios.
Estos tipos de limpiezas son recomendados para la población adulta en general, no son para bajar de peso, su fundamento es limpiar el cuerpo, liberarlo un poco de los desechos acumulados por largo tiempo.
