Great read

I really liked this book. Sometimes we all need a little bit of a reminder to take care of ourselves and that's what this book is. I appreciated that you go into the book knowing you're going to learn a 7 step action plan (and of course so much more) and that is what's delivered. Each one was well explained and researched and I will definitely be implementing them into my own life. I highly recommend this for people who might be feeling a bit stressed out (isn't that all of us!)

In this beautifully produced audiobook, Julius Spes shows us how to obtain mental freedom through 7 Steps. If you're feeling anxious or drained or weighed down, this is the listen for you. I was in a "funk" before listening to this because I was so stressed out from work and school pressures and responsibilities.

This listen helped me to rise above my mental pain. Even though I wasn't able to change much of my outward surroundings, I was able to find peace in the storm of my mind. I recommend this to anyone and everyone because all of us go through highs and lows in life and all of us can benefit greatly from the skill of self rejuvenation - Highly Recommend!
