Increíbles recetas
Como mujer que se acerca rápidamente a los 50, he comprobado año tras año lo mucho que está cambiando no sólo mi cuerpo, sino también mi salud mental. Hago todo lo posible para mantener mi salud, pero siento que incluso con el esfuerzo que estoy poniendo, no veo los mismos resultados que vi en mis años más jóvenes. El libro incluye bastante información que no es sólo sobre el ayuno intermitente, lo cual fue de gran ayuda porque recuperar el control de tu salud no es sólo cosa de uno. Este libro es muy detallado y tiene todo lo que necesitas para sentirte seguro sobre el viaje que estás a punto de comenzar. El ayuno intermitente (AI) no es algo que haya probado antes, pero había oído hablar de sus beneficios y quería intentarlo. Algo que aprendí de inmediato es que el ayuno intermitente es una solución rejuvenecedora para las personas mayores que se sienten lentas y agobiadas por los cambios relacionados con la edad. También me gusta que el autor repase los errores comunes que hay que evitar. Al aprender a evitarlos, creo que me mantendré en el buen camino y evitaré sentirme tan frustrada.
Hay un montón de recetas en el libro y OMG suenan tan deliciosas. Todavía no las he probado, pero estoy haciendo mi lista de la compra y estoy muy emocionada por hacer algunas comidas nuevas y cambiar mi horario de comidas. Muchas de las recetas ayudan a frenar el apetito para que no sientas que te mueres de hambre y quieras romper inmediatamente el ayuno para comer. Recomendaría este libro a cualquier mujer mayor que esté buscando un libro que entienda los problemas del envejecimiento pero que también esté preparada para adoptar algunos cambios saludables increíbles en su vida.
