Este libro es muy útil. Está elaborado de una manera que es fácil de seguir y fácil de incorporar a una rutina diaria o semanal. Excelentes y deliciosas sugerencias para recetas y comidas que no son demasiado difíciles de preparar. Especialmente bueno para alguien (como yo) que no puede hacer grandes cambios pero está dispuesto a moverse en una dirección más saludable.
