The best diet of all time
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
The ketogenic diet\ is the most important nutritional knowledge of the past century, hands down. It is absolutely criminal that the modern diet subsidizes and encourages the consumption of grains and sugars.
This diet will change your life. Listen to the book and try the diet. I applaud anyone making the journey, and I'm glad that valuable resources like this book are available to guide people toward good nutrition.
The book is well-narrated and provides easy-to-follow meal plans to ease the transition from the modern American diet to a healthy, ketogenic diet. Definitely recommend.

Basic book on this diet.
Although it is true that some items in the book are basic and could be found doing research online it is well done as a quick
introduction to this diet.
The Narrator did a good job with the material and helps the listener absorb the material.

It's a straightforward book on Keto that is predominately a collection of recipes that are designed for keto. There isn't much on the author's story of any specific success stories that might encourage someone who is thinking with starting or who is starting out. There is a suggestion for an app to use but a better one would be Cronometer as it has an option for keto. However, there is no talk about how to determine keto intake, what to do about net-carbs in the receipes, what to do at the end of the day if you haven't met your fat goal, when or how or if to track your stats.
However, if you're looking for a quick book on keto recipe suggestions this works for that. Final Grade - C

Great Starting Book for Someone New with Keto
I downloaded this book with the thoughts in mind that I need to get back into shape and can stand to lose a few pounds. This gave a quick overview of does and don'ts and even some recipes to help with the process. This book inspired me to do more research, of which I have ordered a few addition Keto cookbooks, fat bomb books, etc and have already seen such dramatic changes in my weight, energy level and my mental capabilities.

okay book but probably better sources out there
Seems like a simple straight forward recipe book that i could probably find online. Would have liked a little more with the authors experience during this diet and how the science behind it works. Generally keto just seems like bro science to me. Youre basically just depriving your body of carbs.

A lot of useful information
Ketogenic Diet for Beginners. - Full of lots of very useful information, well researched and presented.
It helped me make the decision the diet is not for me, though my son is now following it with fantastic results.

Glad i didn't pay for this
This might be helpful for someone who has never heard of the ketogenic diet and wants a vague, general idea of what kind of diet it is but there really isn't much information here. When listing a few foods one is able to eat, saying "et cetera" after naming a couple is not helpful at all! This is one of the most disappointing books I've come across in a good while. I am looking into the keto diet and was hoping to get some valuable information here but I feel this was just a cheap attempt for Logan Wolf to cash in on the Keto craze going on right now. This would be no help to someone considering the keto diet. You can literally get more quick and accurate information on the internet by searching "what can I eat on ketogenic diet". I did type this in my search box and found a ton of information and within less than 5 minutes, I learned more than I did in the hour plus I listened to this book. I was voluntarily provided this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator.
