Finally finding a way to lose weight

Great audiobook for finally finding a way to lose weight and keep it off. The whole high fat/high protein/low carb thing is counter-intuitive, but I promise it works. This audiobook explains in plain language what keto is, the biology and chemistry behind it, and its benefits for you're health.

Well organized.

This audiobook could really benefit keto beginners as it is set out in steps.This book gives the reader a quick and ready plan to get into ketosis and stay on the plan long term. It provides a path to weight loss and contains an essential section on how to modify the diet to help with the treatment of various illnesses that are often with obesity.

i found out about this eating routine from a companion and needed to look at it. Simple data on the most ideal approach to mend and develop your body. This is an extraordinary book for somebody keen on attempting the Carnivore diet. All plans right now truly astonishing, simple to follow and get ready. Great audioBook!!This great protein diet ignores vegetable. I highly recommend it for those who dislike eating vegetable and want to lose weight. I also consider carnivore diet is also the protein diet to getting stronger, leaner and losing weight. I exceedingly suggest this book for all

I have been following the carnivore diet movement for a few years now online. This audiobook is easy to read and understand which I really appreciate. I want to share the carnivore diet with some of my older family members and I feel like this book is going to help me accomplish that goal
