Best Gift For Wife!

I just listened to it and found it a great guide for my wife. She was lacking self confidence and hope to fit her physical health. But these techniques of Intermittent Fasting made her happy. She is so excited to follow the fruitful tips of intermittent fasting.

Intermittent fasting is the way to go

Love this audiobook! I had been doing intermittent fasting for a while, but i always like to learn more. This book taught me a thing or two! I really liked how it was focused towards women. Our bodies are much different than guys when it comes to fasting. Totally recommend!

Helpful Guide to Intermittent Fasting

I have known about intermittent fasting for some time now, but I have had a daily migraine disorder that kept me from being able to fast. Since my migraines have improved, I am confident in trying some form of intermittent fasting. Since listening to this book, I am prepared to take on the challenge. I thank the author for including healthy recipes, as meal planning for a busy family is always daunting. This book is a good primer for anyone starting their intermittent fasting journey.

Wonderfully practical

The breakdown of the IF methods was a great aspect of this book. For the longest time I believed that 5:2 was the only IF method because that's what many of the people around me were doing. But I am not that strong yet, so it is always great to find how others interpret the other methods, and how they can be implemented to fit my lifestyle. This was a great listen, and I'll always revert back to the methods when I need to change it up a little.

Loved the recipes, and while I may not use many, I enjoyed poring through the selection to find the ones that would work best for me. This was a good book, and a wonderful way to jumpstart a healthier lifestyle.

Just what I needed right now

I just returned from vacation, and I have to say that my weight held me back from so many things that I wanted to do. I have done various diets, tried working out, and changed my habits. Overall, I do okay, but then I fail. I have been interested in intermittent fasting because it is one type of dieting choice that I have not tried yet. The author does a great job of discussing various situations influencing our bodies when trying to lose weight, such as menopause.

I found the strategies to be simple and practical and would work with my body's natural rhythm, promoting health without extreme changes. The book's approach was refreshingly different from other diet fads I have tried, offering flexibility and freedom to make the transition to fasting much easier.

Chapter 4 was one I listened to twice as it reviews healthy eating habits and healthier and nutritious recipes that I am excited to try. The breakdown of the most common intermittent fasting techniques allowed me to choose the one that suited me best. The book debunked common fasting mistakes and emphasized the importance of focusing on aspects beyond diet to maximize weight loss and boost metabolism. I am very excited to try the 4-week meal plan and the timing recommendations as I feel it will make my fasting experience more enjoyable and effective.

If you are like me and tired of unrealistic and restricted diet fads, intermittent fasting may be appropriate for you as well and this book is the guide you need to make sure you will be successful.

Great book for women doing intermittent fasting

Author covers each aspects of different stages of women’s life and how fasting effects each stage. Author talks about different drugs and how they effect woman’s body. How intermittent fasting effects women’s hormones. Author also has many healthy recipes. May need hard copy for all the recipes details.

Audiobook pack with great information

There is a lot to learn from this audiobook. I learned that intermittent fasting can help boost metabolism and improve digestion. I had never heard of the term before. This book provides tips and tricks for making intermittent fasting a part of your daily routine and at the same time you can improve your health and well-being without giving up the foods you like. I also learned that it can help reduce appetite and cravings. Pretty cool!
