Good book to encourage people with hair loss!
This book is perfect for people who are experiencing hair loss for the first time. Also, this audiobook has practical solutions that are natural, like the fact that I have stopped using sulfate since I know it's bad for us and our hair. Hair doesn't define us. We're remarkable creations of the universe. I highly recommend this book.

A great new approach to tackling hair loss!
Going through any kind of hair loss for whatever reason can be debilitating and embarrassing. This audiobook however really puts into perspective how common hair loss is. By suggesting unique and different solutions to hair loss, you will never run out of ideas using this audiobook. I particularly enjoyed the chapter about unusual supplements, as you also get the recipes and how to apply the treatments to help with your hair loss. The author takes a non-judgemental and supportive tone throughout, which made it an easy listen!

Practical, Personal, and Helpful
Amanda begins by telling her story of hair loss and doesn’t come across as a bossy expert but a friend who wants to share her ideas to help us.
She gives so many options and lists considerations for all of them. The one I didn’t see listed that has helped me is derma rolling.
I’m going to use her pdf to order some supplements and other options.
Well organized and well written.

A good book for anyone with hair loss
It is no secret that many persons are experiencing hair loss for whatever reason. Hair loss is something that many are concerned about and some even go to great length to find solutions to this problem that plague many of us. This book is a breath of fresh air and has helped me to be more confident in knowing I can solve my hair loss concerns.
