Mind body connection

Helpful Insights
Actually a gift for my wife, who is somewhat into meditations and her opinion on this book "thanks for the book. I do love audiobooks and this was a great book with well-outlined steps toward combating menopause ill beliefs. Useful steps not hard to implement
We are inundated with information on menopause that makes it hard to know which symptoms are real, and why a person would experience certain symptoms and not others. This audiobook puts it all together. It explains how some symptoms, for example hot flashes, are caused by other deficiencies, such as for example high blood pressure together with antioxidant deficiency. The details presented give hope that we can avoid symptoms of menopause by taking care in time of specified bodily processes. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants complex information presented in succinct and accessible format.

Understanding Menopause!
I bought this audiobook to really understand menopause. My Mom is currently going through it, and this book has helped me to understand her symptoms, feelings, and what she’s experiencing. Based on this book, her body is going through a lot! I’m glad I now have the knowledge to be there for her and support her. I’ve also gifted this book to her, and she loves it. She mentioned that it helped her to take control and better cope with this period of her life.

Well written
My wife really wanted to learn more about what is going to happen soon to her body and biologically. She found the author's descriptions, explanations, and information really on point. She understands more the complexity of the situation but she is now well aware on how to handle it. She is really happy with the purchase and definitely recommends this book.
