About this listen
Learn to move through pain to find clarity and healing using author, entrepreneur, and social media influencer Ashley LeMieux’s unique “Clarity Mapping” tool that will inspire and empower you to chart a course toward the future you deserve.
In her debut memoir, Born to Shine, founder of The Shine Project Ashley LeMieux shared life-changing lessons found in the darkest seasons of life. I Am Here continues her journey to healing and transformation using the process she developed called “Clarity Mapping”. This tangible tool walks the listeners through setting intentions, understanding why they are worthy of the life of their dreams, identifying the things they carry that no longer serve them, noticing the people they can serve, and finally, identifying the truest version of themselves.
I Am Here will help women reframe their thoughts, reimagine their lives, and reclaim their power, helping them determine priorities and create a plan to start moving toward their dreams.

Nothing Is Missing is a “sparkling and impassioned story” (Glamour) of what it takes to show up for yourself—and the joy that can come once you do. Raised in a home where food was unstable and anger was the norm, Nicole learned that she needed to take charge of her own safety and security. So she did: She got into an elite private school by talking to a stranger in her dad’s cab, she strategized her way onto Wheel of Fortune to pay for college, she adopted three girls after meeting their mother panhandling, she quit her job to launch her own business, and she struggled.

Story
There is a voice of longing inside each woman. We strive so mightily to be good: good partners, daughters, mothers, employees, and friends. We hope all this striving will make us feel alive. Instead, it leaves us feeling weary, stuck, overwhelmed, and underwhelmed. We look at our lives and wonder: Wasn’t it all supposed to be more beautiful than this? We quickly silence that question, telling ourselves to be grateful, hiding our discontent—even from ourselves.

Goosebumps, Tears & Awe
Ashley's strength and courage to not only get herself well, but to write down her pain filled life experiences in order to share and teach others how to move through our own pain is simply astounding.
I've followed her on Instagram for at least 2 years so knew the events of her life, but to hear her speak her written story describing how she found her voice to heal herself from devastating loss and grief is so inspiring! Her commitment to teaching the hurting women, who look to her, some wonderful skills she has created, regardless of her personal suffering, is the most honest form of selfless love I've seen in a long time. 🐿️

This book was powerful and uplifting. It is filled with affirmations and practical ways to nurture your inner voice, deal with grief and show love to yourself and others. Ashley was raw and vulnerable, she uses her voice to encourage others to use theirs. I just finished it and already want to read it again! I also highly recommend Ashley’s first book, Born to Shine!
