Garbage in garbage out.
We're surrounded with so much negativity that you wonder why we're not at our best of feel angry or sad at times and we turn to substance. These affirmations makes so much sense; listening to them after a long day at work calms your nerves and definitely combat the negatives you've gone through the day. This is also great listening before bed time as it anchors the positive affirmations in a relaxed beta state. A great way to re-program our negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.
