Great listen but....

I really liked this meditation/hypnosis. The only issue I have with it is the background music is way too loud in my opinion. I wish they offered another one with the music not so loud or with no music at all. Other than that it is pretty good.

Daily Mental Jump Start

I really enjoy this audiobook. I play it and others like it at least twice a day. The positive affirmations are easily recalled in moments that temptation strikes or hunger hits. It has helped with my cravings, appetite, temptation, and unhealthy and healthy eating habits.

Excellent!

I enjoyed every moment of this audio affirmations collection for weight loss. I am looking forward to what the future holds...hopefully a lot less of me. ty

Barely addresses exercise

I download this because I want to find more motivation to exercise. This program barely discusses exercise. If you have a problem with eating habits and I think this would be helpful. If you want motivation to exercise I would find another program. Personally, I did not find this helpful for me.

It really works

I’m working on listening daily more to stay on track but when I do I find myself literally saying the positive affirmations while grocery shopping and can not pick up unhealthy foods from store. If diet is key then this is one of the best ways to watch what you put into your mouth with out suffering from vigorous workouts and starving yourself. I’m actively working out in addition to this and I feel great!

It Works

After a couple of evenings of listening, I noticed my cravings changing to healthy things. I had a craving for broccoli!! Now, I do like broccoli, but I never craved it instead of cookies before. I think this rewires your brain. I am choosing more water, fruits and veggies and staying away from processed food. I am also leaving food on my plate instead of cleaning it.

We’ll see

I listened to this at night while going to bed. It definitely helped me fall asleep. We’ll see if there’s any results. I’ve had success with other hypnosis programs in the past. This one seems similar.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the narrator was a little strange to me. It’s just not the most relaxing. But then again, I still fell asleep.
