No get rich BS from the authors, just authentic good, well organized advice and motivation from smart hard working people who’ve been there before. Lucky for us they’re willing to share what they know. This book has helped me immensely with my Airbnbs as far as efficiency and rank placement and considering the little touches that makes a stay experience special.Thank you Tates! I highly recommend the live personal coaching as well.

I loved this book Collin! When I was first gifted it from my friend Robert Poole at Keller Williams I was concerned it would be an old book from years ago. But everything thought in this book brand new and was just what I was looking for. He breaks it down to where it’s simple to follow but yet covers everything that’s important for a new or experienced host that just needs some tips.
