I read Danny's original book Optimize my bnb 6 years ago and at time I learned so much. I felt myself a STR pro, After all I've been a Superhost on Airbnb on and off for almost 8 years. What else could there possibly be left to learn. I decided to check this book out because like everyone else , the post Covid boom as led to an oversaturation of STRs in my market and slow reservations, slow even during peak season. After reading this book and implementing some of the strategies my bookings have been pouring in. Booked solid 2 months out and a few 3,4 and 5 months out. If your a beginner, intermediate or like myself advanced there are nuggets of gold in this book to help you level up your short term rental journey.

This is the definitive resource for STR owners listing on AirBnB. I have listened to this book over and over again because it is so dense I am catching new things everytime. The biggest challenge is implementing all the great information available in the book. You should also check out the YouTube videos and website. Even more priceless information!

Ive been in hospitality industry for a long time and I thought I knew STRs. Couldn’t be more wrong. Daniel basically just wrote a bible for STRs, Things you think you know but actually you easily neglect them, there are a ton of small things you can do to outperform in any market. It feels illegal to get all this knowledge for basically free. Also, it is narrated by himself and it feels like Daniel is your mentor and best friend talking to you. I wrote this review after listening to 5 times and I will now buy the paper version from amazon just so that I can have it with me all the time.

I hope my competitor doesn’t read this 😂
