This book has very little psychology and strategies for actually navigating through and during difficult conversations. instead it provides example after example of every potential interaction; teacher to student, teacher to coach, coach to special needs teacher, admin to counselor, counselor to coordinator… and on and on. This point and case example is superficial and anecdotal. A much better book would explore psychology and critical thinking of how to approach any difficult situation, learning to handle and not shy from tension, and alter your methods for more successful interactions, regardless of the people in such difficult talks.

Summary of the whole book: “Does the teacher…. If so, how?”

Diversity ,Equity, Inclusion. How to advertise a book about one topic while making it about DEI. Just like DEI, this book is an woke praxis manifesto on group think. Don’t buy it. If you do buy it by mistake delete it.

Leftist crap.
