decent book
I had some difficulty staying focused on this one. some of it was info I already knew so that has nothing to do with the author. that being said, it's a pretty good place to start if you're needing to start getting more balance in your life.

Doesn’t seem doable by the average person.
The intent is good, but for the average person, or lower middle class folks, it’s not too realistic. We tend to work to be able to live, and spend most of our time doing just that with little time for anything else. Higher paying jobs with less hours are far and few even with proper education and training. Appreciate the book still yet.
