Publisher's summary

Yes, I killed all the supervillians housed in the Grayville Ultramax Prison. I’m sure some, like the Shadow Knight, would consider that to be crossing a line and an unforgivable act of an unrepentant mass murderer.

I consider it another high-performance day on the job.

If the Shadow Knight has a problem with it, he knows where to find me.

I really hope he does have a problem.

Its pretty good.

Various narrator's all do a great job. I listen to most everything from Logan Jacobs, Eric Vall, and a number of other harem/ light harem authors who focus on fantasy, paranormal, or SciFi. Hands down this is one of few series I search for daily.

tldr: good super book. listen. enjoy.

good.

let poor Norma get a good pounding already I think she's earned it already. I'd say that would give her a Big confidence boost.

Much better.

Seems like it’s getting back on track with having an interesting storyline and not having to borrow as much from marvel and DC.

Couldn't finish this one...

This is a perfect example of how not to write an antagonist in my opinion. In a world of superpowers our MC has none, so he has to make his own. Thats fine, that could make for a cool MC. Just dont make the rival/enemy exactly the same... This series is straight up Iron Man VS Batman, if Iron Man was a murdering sociopath, and Batman was delusional, and mentally unstable. I would bet money that there are fanfics written about Iron Man VS Batman that are written better than this series... I usually love Logan Jacobs books, but this series is just not for me... The narrators are doing an excellent job, but not even Christopher and Jessica could save this book...

Murder is Easy

This is the garbage power fantasy of a person who's probably never even been in a fight.

These books have been getting kind of annoying, but this is the first book that he's written which I have found insulting.

as a veteran I have been put in the position it's my life and someone else's. and these might be horrible people who have done horrible things, it still rips a person up inside. even if you get lucky enough to get out of the situation without killing anyone.

So this main character, who literally gets everything that he wants, convinces trained and veteran heroes that they should start killing the villains. Then those characters talk about how much better they feel for doing it I take offense.

More than just that, by now the main character literally gets anything that he wants. The women in his life are basically love sick toys that alternate between unstoppable forces of nature and pleasure holes. seductress supervillain known for killing her men? nope for the evil genius I'll go all the way, AI sexbot? of course it's not weird, so not weird that my superpowered girlfriend not only doesn't care but is suddenly bisexual and wants to play too.

And it's not that any of the stuff is happening that bothers me, it's the fact that the main character puts me literally no effort into any of this. all of the stuff just seems to come out of the blue and with absolutely no foreshadowing. meanwhile the main character is still uninspiring that I've listened to four of these books and still can't remember his name a month later.

The series started off interesting enough but the writing has been slowly spiraling down the literary toilet since book one.
