Great meditation book

I found the book calming as the author takes the reader through beautiful journeys with peaceful scenes of water and pastures. This book was writen during the pandemic when chaos, stress, and panic entered homes and lives and Psychologist Anne E. Beall searched ways to help release stress. If you enjoy Meditation you will enjoy this book.
I received an audio copy, but wasn't required to give a positive review. I enjoyed the narrator's clear and soothing voice.

Finally, I can relax!

I have always found meditation extremely challenging, even though I know it would be helpful to me, overcoming insomnia. This was a fabulous audiobook, walking you through each step to blissful relaxation! It’s become my evening go-to.
