A life changer

The pace is soothing, the narration is very ‘dignified’. The content is thorough and extremity helpful.

Life saving, life changing book!

It took me 60 years to find this book which has significantly both saved and changed my life! The constant fog over me in my lifelong struggle to find out “Why? Why?? WHY???” behind the barrage of thoughts, my inexplicable actions and reactions, or lack thereof, has been lifted and the answers revealed in the pages of Driven To Distraction. If you have (or suspect that you may have) ADD/ADHD, or are in a relationship with someone who has ADD/ADHD (or who you suspect may have it), this book is for you! It is full of personal, relatable stories, insight, medical information, studies...And, most importantly, it offers helpful tips to dealing with and/or overcoming the hurdles in the unique wiring in the ADD brain.
