About this listen

Did you know geeky humans squeak when squeezed? Totally awesome. Adi thinks there are plenty of things that are awesome, such as gravy and cheese on fries, motorcycles that growl, oh, and the fact that she is a wicked dragon with a freakishly cool power. But do you know what's more awesome than all that? A certain geeky fellow in charge of the IT department for a medical lab situated in small-town hell.

There is nothing small about Dexter, though. He might blush at certain things, and use his brain - not brawn - to succeed, but the man is built big. And Adi likes big things. The fact that she likes him won't mean squat to her mother, though. Dear old Mom will hate that he is human. She will dislike Adi's plan to keep him even more. Because he's mine to keep and squeeze. Contains mature themes.

Spunkie shifter computer wiz (anglo female) finds love (anglo male) along with an on going mystery & drama. This is part of an interesting series.. Very entertaining.

Another great story from Eve Langlais

“She waited for it to go viral, or at least get one like from her sister.”
I’m a tad conflicted on this one. Adi is a spoiled, materialistic, and attention loving dragon. She’s proud of causing mayhem and getting arrested. She's got no respect for boundaries and stalks Dexter in ways that might be considered toxic if the roles were reversed.

“Take me gumdrop, I’m yours!”
But, that’s one of the fun things about fantasy romance: non-pc behavior becomes a comedic quirk of the magical species. There’s also a method to her madness and some fun lessons about not judging books by their covers. This is all in good fun and I loved that Dexter was the geeky human to her vampy dragon.

The author Eve knows how to draw you in with her stories. She has a very distinct style . And this audio is no different. It’s a treasure. Book 2 in the series .
Hero is Dexter. Heroine is Ali. A dragon shifter part of the silver clan .
Ali is a dragon shifter. She also has a twin who is completely different then her. Ali is more trendy. . More modern clothes . More up to date
Den and Ali meet when Ali has some snooping to do. Ali still thinks there are companies out there that test on humans and paranormal shifters . Ali is determined to sniff them out and burn them. . She needs someone to help her. Who better then Dex who is a IT hacker .
Dex at the time doesn’t give in to her advances.
Does Ali find the company who is testing on them and does she get Dex to give in to her advances

I have really started to like Chandra style of saying the story

Another 5 star to squeeze your heart

I have to say that Addie is one of my favorite characters. She's hilarious, intelligent, audacious, and takes crap from no one. I justed loved her character. I thought this was one of Eve Langlais's better stories. I fully recommend it to romance fans everywhere.

Fun with Dragons

This doesn’t feel like a Langlais to me—it just doesn’t have the pop she usually delivers.
Not the humour I’m used to, the story is draaaagging in and on without anything grabbing me, and a poor narrator to boot. Quitting after giving it a lot longer than I wanted to.

Not a winner for me; doesn’t feel like Langlais’ work
