About this listen

In Dragon Magic, the fourth book of the Haven Series, the Kindred call upon Brand for help. Things are not right in their kingdom beneath Snowdon. Modi has led a treasure-hunting expedition deep into the Everdark, a place where spine-terrors, blind croaking things, and great wurms reside. But it's been weeks; Modi is overdue, and the Gudrin fears the worst. Brand journeys into the magnesium bowels - and beyond - and discovers things buried there that he wishes he had never disturbed.

Good fantasy series, going into a lot of depth yet not so much as to draw out the book. i would have liked it to be a bit longer but i still enjoyed it.

for those who like magic, dragons, mythical races and heros. this is a series you would enjoy

Short and sweet

Just getting back into this series and hope that the narrator is in the others as well.

Great series

B. V. Larson again entertains by crafting another chapter in the Haven series where re-alliances and broken agreements threaten to re-ignite the war between the Fae, Kindreds, Humans and other fantastic species in this magical world. Of the many species that are so skillfully represented I find the manling wee-folk some of the most entertaining. They are cunning, devious, uncaring, care-free and dangerous. And, as the title implies, in this book, "There be dragons!".

While Mark Boyett be not a dragon, his narration is so good it's hard not to believe that they once existed.

Another spellbinding book

I'm pretty much going back and copying and pasting my review from the beginning book, because it was so good I finished it, one after another. I listened for hours each day and here I am, feeling really sucky because I finished them all.

I'm finishing this series at 3am.
