Two women vow to bring a killer to justice. overall I have been really enjoying Gerri Hills books. this story had a couple spots where the characters were on the phone one second and then next they were together the transition was seemless and a bit confusing. but I really liked the ending to this story and can't wait to start book 2.

I loved the bouncing from one character to the other with each chapter allowing readers to know what each was thinking! This book was suspenseful surrounding the case, the characters were so deep and hurt from their past, they helped heal each others hearts and (predictable spoiler) witnessing them fall in love was so emotional and pure.

Loved the Heck out of this book, my favorite from Gerri this far

I’d taken a break from Gerri’s books because I’d discovered a few new authors. Late in 2024 I realized that there were a bunch of her books available.

I love her series and stand alone books!

Now for this book! Fantastic. Abby always does a great job, so no surprise there. Gerri does a great job at combining a romance and a crazy intriguing storyline!

I love that she does mystery and suspense. There are always twist and turns that keep me focused! Moving on to book 2!

I highly recommend this series and all of her other books. I’m picky so that is saying a lot coming from me!

First Hunter's Way and now Devil's Rock. I did not want it to end. I smiled, laughed even had tears. Abby Craden did it again. I felt so part of the story. She is such an amazing Narrator that she makes you follow the story with anticipation and excitement. Listening to her narrating the book is so much better than reading the book! Thank you to both Gerri Hill and Abby Craden for bringing these characters to life. A must have audio!!!!

Thank you for writing this book for us gals and not making it a damn its all about sex book. Because its not always about the sex. Thank you for listening....i know have found another great author to listen to.

The characters were very detailed, I loved the back story on them. It showed the classic womanizer even if unprofessional. The story was very interesting and kept my interest. I will definitely read more of the authors books

Enjoyed this 1st in the Ross /Sullivan series. I didn’t realize this title/book followed up on the Hunter series… book 3 . I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the story ,a different perspective on catching the killer while adding a new romance story.. which too was well done. Even tho Cameron’s character was too abrasive initially and had to grow on me as the story unfolded. NOTE: READ Sullivan/Ross series (start with Devil’s Rock), AFTER reading the 1st 3 books in the Hunter Series.

Wonderful book! Amazing pacing, intriguing story - I love the tie in to the Hunter series. Characters have unbelievable chemistry, and it has me laughing constantly.

Well done! And most suitable for readers/listeners who enjoy sappy and sexy romance while on the trail to catch the bad guys. The on-the-job flirting isn't very PC, but, relax, it's fiction, folks.
