this is far better than any other hypnosis
I have tried several of the hypnosis recordings and they all fail to put you in a trance before the hypnotic suggestions. Glen helps you get into a deep trance and stay there I really appreciate his work and recommend him if you want to self hypnotize this is your guy. I come out of the session feeling like the guy in office space.
