Finally Sleeping Through the Night

I’ve struggled with insomnia for years, and nothing seemed to work—until I tried this. The guided hypnosis was surprisingly effective at calming my racing thoughts and easing me into sleep. The narrator’s voice is soothing, and the pacing felt just right. After a few nights of listening, I started falling asleep faster and waking up feeling more rested.
