This was an amazing audiobook to listen to. It is perfect if you want to relax or meditate. It might even help you if you have trouble falling asleep. Wait, that came out wrong. I think you should know what I mean. I mean it in a very helpful way. This audiobook teaches you that there are several different chakras. I never even knew what a chakra was before I listened to this audiobook, but here they are:

Crown, 3rd Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root.

This audiobook is a Journey through your mind, body and soul. I would really recommend this audiobook to anybody that is interested in relaxing, Meditating, or learning about chakra healing! Well done!!

The guided meditation had a nice flow. Lovely chakra description, affirmation, and visualization. Could be a good place to start a new practice. You could do one chakra meditation every day of the week or choose a chakra depending on what your intuition is guiding you to address.
