Everything you need to overcome obesity

Everything you need to overcome obesity and protect your heart is inside this book. And take note, unlike a lot of other diet books I’ve read, the authors aren’t trying to sell you anything either. They simply offer tried and true dieting advice that could prove life-changing.

Useful book

I first learned about the dash diet a month ago, so imagine my surprise when I discovered that it has been around for years. Dash diet motivation has everything you need to know about this highly recommended meal plan. It is simple to follow and will help you avoid those heart-stopping (literally!) processed foods. I wouldn’t exactly call this a must read, more of a do-read if you are interested in dash.

Getting the physical book for the recipes

Getting the physical book for the recipes would probably have been a better option than the audio version. That doesn’t take away from the fact that this was a solid yet intense dissection of everything about D.A.S.H.

A highly recommended (seriously!

A highly recommended (seriously! this diet keeps topping those yearly ‘best diet’ lists) uncomplicated meal plan that focuses on eating more veggies, ditching highly saturated fatty foods and all without needing a calorie counter app. Comes with plenty of good ideas on how to switch to a more active daily lifestyle as well.

Great content, and dash sounds easy enough to stick too. If there is a diet that I could honestly say that I would stay on forever, then dash is it.
