Publisher's summary

This 1902 address by Clarence Darrow is considered a milestone in the history of social criticism. Darrow gives the man behind bars a crash course in the theory and practice of criminology and law. He discusses, among others, the nature of crime, its causes, why more people land in prison in winter than in summer, and why the US penal system is a system of injustice.

A wonderful listen for anyone frustrated by people

l love listening to this little morsel when I'm feeling down. Clarence Darrow reminds, or educates, the listener about criminals and true nature of capitalism.
