I can think of another book that I have read on weight loss that was written by someone that had personally lost that much weight!

I haven't but I thought she did a great job. Very easy to listen to

Inspiring audio
Would you listen to Creating YOUR Plan for Weight Loss Success again? Why?
What P. Seymour has created is an audio book that is your cheerleader, letting you know that what you may be experiencing now is ok. Ok in the sense that they too were there. They know what it was like to be over weight, both from a physical, mental and medical perspective.
There's no drill sergeant here shouting at you, pushing you to do another 50 ab crunches. Instead there is a person talking to you from the heart, and reassuring you that you can do this.
Beautiful narration really makes this book a very personal, real and emotional audio

Realistic, practical and doable
Where does Creating YOUR Plan for Weight Loss Success rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
What did you like best about this story?
Weight loss is a journey that involves body and spirit... and I love that neither were left out of this book. I also love that what is offered is realistic and doable, written by someone who has been there and done that.
I appreciate that the author also has an active Facebook page, which is an extension of the book. It's clear she cares and is there to help and encourage after the book is finished.

No. This book was just as expensive as other 6 hour long + books. I felt like it was a rip off. Content was good, but again, barely an introduction.
