Loved Lawson Cooper, Just Cooper and Jane's story
Book 15 in the At 29, Lawson Cooper, is President of Elan Rising. Cooper grew up in a club and on a ranch, was groomed to be the next President. He served his country as a Navy SEAL, was a satellite and Commander. He left after a mission gone bad. The club he left changed after his father and then President died. He found a home in Cort's new club. Elan is rapidly becoming the club that former military want to be in.
"Just", Cooper, has been alone a long time. It was just him and his dad, and the club, growing up. He has a job he loves, a club he is proud to be a part of, good friends and the brothers, but he wants more. He wants a family. His little shadow is just the beginning.
Jane Meadows, librarian, and mother to a precocious 9 year old girl Austen. Who she is convinced will be the death of her. When Austen gets herself into trouble, Cooper and the brothers come to her rescue. Cooper and Jane just click. Jane finds herself living on the compound then in Cooper's house and working for Alder.
Jane is full of surprises. Her dream was to travel as a translator didn't happen, but she has been teaching Austen the love and knowledge of language. While she love dresses, skirts and heels, she was born and raised on a ranch and loves Cooper's plans for a horse therapy ranch.
Jane and Austen are in danger.
Cooper is worried that his newly manifested PTSD will scare Jane off. He is not shying away from getting the help he needs.
Jane's roll with it personality and love of learning has and her mini me daughter fitting like they were always there. She brings the stories of her grandmother with her.
Jane reconnects with cousins she thought lost.
Cooper adopts his little family a grandmother. Nana Evie, is amused by and adores her new MC family, all the kids and A's.
Change is coming to EROP and the MC is going to be a big part.
Sweet and steamy. Loved Cooper and Jane's story. They are so cute together. A more laid back story that most in the series, a really fun read. Can't wait to see what happens next.
