robotic
the subject material is good, but the solutions are very mechanical. you could probably distill this book into a one-page bullet list. the way it's presented leaves the reader feeling disconnected and looking in from the outside. if you put the material in the hands of an excellent presenter like John Maxwell, I think it would be much more impactful and helpful.
