Publisher's summary

In this book, I have the great honor of introducing you to a number of women about whom I have not previously written, as well as sharing with you additional stories with several of them. Each new story can be applied to help us move into harmony and a state of grace with the world around us...and the articles are designed to make the wisdom of the Sisterhood of the Shield more accessible in our daily lives.

Lynn Andrews has gathered stories from the most profound teachings she has received over the years from the women of the Sisterhood of the Shield, members of an ancient shamanic society deeply embedded in native cultures and traditions all over the world. These shamanic, philosophical, and inspirational teachings are now condensed into one very important book. Her unique and eloquent narrative style reveals how the application of ancient healing techniques can relate to the modern world for over 30 years, interweaving teachings into aspects of universal truths.

Coming Full Circle reminds us that there is no beginning and no end to the circle of life. In this time of great fear and confusion in the world, she shows how her teachers have led her - and by extension all of us - to confront her deepest fears and accept without hesitation that there is a spiritual solution to every one of life's problems.

Great book, poor narration

This is a great book, but the narration did not fit. It seemed inauthenically dramatic, often with emphasis on the wrong words. Left me thinking the narrator did not understand what she was reading. On the other hand, the stories were really good and insightful, inspiring.

I just started not sure I can finish

I love Lynn and all of her books but this narrator is too much for content. She should be reading fiction or something for children. Lynn should have a softer soothing voice reading her books.

I came full circle

In 1985-86 my birth mom in the Ojai mountains of Matilija Canyon turned me onto Lynn‘a first book Medicine Woman. It’s when I first began my shamanic studies. I am now a practicing hypnotherapist and shamanic practitioner. We just lost Lost Lynn on the earth and I too have just come full circle with going through it and meeting all the wonderful shamanic women and medicine women. Great experience. Lynn is with my mom now. I see my mom being very happy to be with her. Thank you, Lynn

Lynn’s Writing is Alive and Timely

I love Lynn’s storytelling abilities and commitment to tying her life experiences into modern lessons. I have read some of her books, and I always feel the stories are alive! I feel like Lynn is still with us/ she’s speaking to me. Of course the narration could’ve been better, but don’t let that stop you from taking in all that this book has to offer!
