Worthwhile

Amazing, useful, and most especially helpful! It’s an easy, straightforward read and also comes with helpful worksheets for readers to use along the way. The chapter on what Trauma is was fascinating

Generic, surface level info

Overall this book was okay. It had a few interesting concepts and techniques but every topic discussed in this book was very surface level, generic information for the most part. It was very bland/boring. If your looking for a similar book I would highly recommend "Rewire your Brain" by David J. Goleman that goes much more in depth on some of the subjects discussed in this book and is much more descriptive, captivating, and is also available on audible.
