The book also answered many of the follow-up questions that my patients have when I’m introducing CBT. Thanks to the information from the first book its therapeutic for treating anxiety, depression and anxiety. The second book, you can develop emotional intelligence and build relationships with others. It really helps challenge your cognitive thoughts and provides you with great long term tools. Wonderful book,
A good, introductory text to Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Provides a good, clear, constructive overview of CBT. Although the book uses an overview of treating the depressed patient, Great book for those starting out learning CBT. Of course anything by the Becks is going to be well worth it. Audio version was truly perfect!
