Informative, interesting and easy read

The book also answered many of the follow-up questions that my patients have when I’m introducing CBT. This book contains steps and a work book at the end to help you put productive cognitive steps into practice right now. A good read for anyone seeking an approach to mindfulness and positive thinking.

Wonderful book,

A good, introductory text to Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Provides a good, clear, constructive overview of CBT. Although the book uses an overview of treating the depressed patient, Great book for those starting out learning CBT. Of course anything by the Becks is going to be well worth it. Audio version was truly perfect!
