CBT seems to be effective techniques

I love psychology of any kind. I believe CBT it's great technics to change the way you thinking unconsciously. The problem has started since the day we were born and that is shouldn't be the problem. Unfortunately our parents didn't know many things, grandparents didn't know many things. And that how we were raised. Plus the times we are living is called World of economics, crazy times. People are in rush all the time. People are massively brainwashed on social status, you always wanted to be like someone else. Competition is anonymous, that's why you are running as head of chicken. Whole the system is designed you to stress out, overwhelmed, tense, frustrated. Why is that? Health care supposed to be free and make sure you are healthy. But that's not the case. Long time ago Health care was turned into the business, health care become industry to make profits. No body care about your health and opposite, doctor welcoming you into his cabinet. Pharmaceuticals companies expecting you to be sick all the time, that's how they make money on you. That's why the system designed that way.
We have to become massively conscious what's going on in the World of economics, where is the trap. Only then you can provide better health for yourself.
We are as humans so focused on material things, that never enough. Thenafter you are surprising, something not right in my health. Every day you cultivating so many thoughts, and so many of them negative. Ofcourse big pressure will crush you.
This author have done amazing job on CBT studies, treatment, changing the way you thinking, be conscious most of your time. First thought, then emotion, then action. The actions can be massive productive or under productive. Results will play out on your mud, feelings, success and your health. This book will certainly to help you to control outcome in your life. Highly recommend

Valuable tool to learn of the cycle of negativity

"What the Heck is CBT" by R.J. Miller provides an awesome launching point into learning about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and what it is all about. Many of us who suffer from anxiety and depression can find benefit in this book. Bypassing the cost and long hours of traditional therapy sessions. The book teaches techniques to manage those complications in our lives. If you suffer from OCD or an eating disorder, this will likely help you gain insight into what is holding you back, alleviating some of the complications. Negativity can become a vicious cycle that must be broken to allow you to flourish.

Informative!

R. J. (the author) did a great job detailing how to handle and train negative thoughts who anyone with anxiety. I have anxiety and this is a great audiobook that has helped me through how to tackle these thoughts on my own, using CBT. After listening to this audiobook and using these strategies, I've noticed that my anxiety has decreased in certain stressful situations for me. I would advise anyone with anxiety to give this audiobook a listen!
