Good effort!

I received this book free of charge for my honest review.
Overall it's a decent book. The introduction was a bit weird (that the information in this book is only provided for entertainment purposes). Somehow I expected the book to present itself as a serious information source, since it deals with a subject of mental issues and associated solutions. But it also makes sense, since this is indeed a very complex matter.
The contents are quite well organized, there is a good balance between theoretical parts and practical examples. Lots of interesting tips here to cope with mental problems.
The narration was OK. Everything was well pronounced and presented with a good speed, but the delivery style left me wanting a more thoughtful approach.
Overall evaluation - 4/4

Disappointing series.

CBT is important to me and this series is one/two of hundreds that deliver tons of facts not only are difficult to contextualize, but leave the listener weary from an uninspired reading.
