The author did an exceptional job charting steps, if followed, that can be used to build mental strength with assuredness to make informed decisions. Life can be difficult to navigate with twists and turns that crumble our world. This book offers steps to not just survive life’s challenges but to thrive because of them. Emotional management is key to controlling and handling thoughts and feelings especially during times of uncertainties so you can always show up as your best self. The part of the book that resonated with me the most was to always be optimistic. Positive thinking is a great way to move forward because even in the worst situations, out of difficult miracles can grow. I highly recommend this book.

So Much Practical Advice!

Lots of different techniques and practices to incorporate into your routine to improve many aspects of your life. I enjoyed the part about the importance of hobbies to have some control and improving self esteem. The steps are broken down in direct and clear instructions making it easy to follow and execute. I appreciate how much is packed into a book you could finish in a day as some books about improving mental performance can be overwhelming! I can see myself referencing back to this book for different areas in my life.
