Lots of great information for the beginning cook
This is a great book for the person who has never been in a kitchen or been taught how to do ANYTHING with food. A really good book to send with every teenager!! I hope I can teach my 9-year-old daughter how to do all these things before she leaves home. If you never have been in a kitchen or been taught how to make anything besides cold cereal this book is for you. Not what I was expecting
Cheap way of eating... said healthy but I would have to disagree with that. I got this book looking for things I may not been doing but I am eating on a budget with out sacrificing the product that I am getting. so this book did not work for me.
