A 21 day plan to change your life

Adrey Viveiros has crafted a wonderful guide to overcoming procrastination. But for me, the real gift is that she gives us a 21-day plan! Complete with meditations, tips for how to stop putting off goals and moving past blockers; this book is packed with practical advice. I also really enjoyed Torin Andrus's "easy listening" style of narration and her calm melodious voice. All in all, a great read that I can recommend to everyone!

Where has this book been all my life?

Break Through Your Fears is a book everyone should read. We all deal with procrastination to some degree. We don't always know why we procrastinate and this book does an excellent job of breaking down the barriers that hold us back. From fears to self sabotage, mental health and the importance of exercising; it all plays a role in how we act each and every day. An interesting concept that was brought up and something I didn't really think too much about is people pleasing. Trying to please people can be an unexpected reason for procrastination as we're worried about what they might think. I never thought about that before. Very enlightening! Also, the meditations that were included were a nice surprise and added a little something extra to the audiobook. I highly recommend this book and wish I had found it earlier!

Great help!

This book will let you realize that you can you be more in control of fear which has been stopping you from doing what you want. The book gives you simple tools to tackle procrastination head-on. You understand why setting clear goals is so important. It shows you how to change your daily habits to support your dreams. The advice about creating a good environment is really helpful. Good guide

This book helps to set you up for achieving goals. I sometimes leave things to the point of inducing anxiety when I don't have enough time to accomplish the task. It guides you through identifying why you procrastinate, to taking the steps to get your tasks completed. Very good book!
