Perfect Cozy

Poppy spots an Earl about to shoot a hawk, a hawk that Poppy thinks is connected to her somehow. Another Nancy Warren book. This book was so great and i loved it. Nancy's book are like taking a vacation to Ireland or the United Kingdom. This series remind me of the Great British Baking Show, i LOVE that show. Add a witch and a black cat, Gatto, makes it just perfect. Nancy Warren is an amazing writer, whether it's a cozy mystery or a romance series, she can do it all. This is a perfect series for the cozy lovers. i highly recommend it.

Who knew Baking could be Murder!

Another stressful week in the baking tent for Poppy as she gets wrapped up in another murder and comes closer to finding more information about her birth parents. Great characters that are easy to connect to and cheer for as they progress through the competition as well as help Poppy discover her true witchy self! The plots are well written and enjoyable that combined with a great narrator really come to life! If you haven't started listening to this series, you really should!

Nancy Warren has done it again!

Another great baking show mystery, I love Poppy just the right amount of Snark, curiosity, empathy and personality. Her connection to the hawk in this book is intriguing and something I’d like to see evolve. I love the rest of the characters they make for a well rounded story, one of my favorites being jerry the ghost, and frankly as the books go on I hope he never moves on because I think he’s fun. Great read.
