Great storytelling
I love that Ryan decided to read this in his own voice. He really added color to all of the anecdotes. I’m a new realtor and it’s inspiring to know that Ryan came from humbled beginnings and truly built his empire from scratch.

Great! Easy listening and motivational book!
Ryan Serhant is extremely entertaining story teller and he has a great big picture message! It's not the typical get rich by doing exactly what I did book. However it is the attitude is everything and Ryan wants his readers/listeners to be successful no matter what they do as a profession.

Such inspiration as I sit here homeless at burger king in a dead town in Ohio. Alongside me, my Nikon D810 and an arsenal of highly complimented photos in my gallery on the smartphone I use to write this review. I've always been told that I was gonna be successful, I've always sought success, I've just never reached for it. Now I have a sharper set of tools to get me there. This audio book is a perfect mix of great reading, silly at times, I was gripping the edge of my chair at some points as well. New York Times best seller for sure.
