About this listen
Willow Foxglove is just trying to get her tea shop built. Instead, the workers are dropping like flies!
With her home conservatory being noisily transformed into a tea room, Willow has quite enough on her plate. The last thing she needs is for her head builder to turn up dead in the nearby river. To make matters even worse, the local sheriff is certain that Willow's conspiracy-laden friend Reg is the murderer.
Between her fears that the dream of owning her own business will now collapse and fighting to keep her friend out of jail, Willow is just about at her wit's end. Throw a gregarious British builder into the mix, and this might be a case that even Miss Walsham Investigates would have trouble cracking.
When it seems that the sheriff's office has run out of suspects, Willow needs to knuckle down and solve the case herself if she's to clear Reg's name. And, of course, she must keep her Maine Coon kitten Mavis away from the worst of the murder investigation, otherwise, her pet might be scarred for life.

Ferrying tourists around Dublin for the Leprechaun Limo Service makes quite a change after years in the military. Still, Megan Malone is enjoying her life in Ireland. She likes the scenery, the easy pace, the quirky, quick-witted locals. Everything - except having one of her clients drop dead at the statue of fabled fishmonger, Molly Malone. Most restaurant critics notch up their share of enemies. Elizabeth Darr, however, was a well-loved international star. She and her husband, Simon, had just had dinner when Elizabeth collapsed, and spoiled seafood is the first suspect.

Story
For Sam Lovell, organising the summer festival in her hometown is one of the highlights of her year. It’s not always smooth sailing, but she loves to see Porthmellow’s harbour packed with happy visitors and being on the committee has provided a much-needed distraction from the drama in her family life (and the distinct lack of it in her love life). When their star guest pulls out with only a few weeks to go, everyone’s delighted when a London chef who grew up locally steps in at the last minute.

Story
Janet Marsh's move into her house has been delayed due to vandalism. Then, when the women go to look for clues that might tell them who is guilty, they find a corpse (murder!) in Janet's garden shed. Constable Hobbs answers their emergency call. He's calm and quietly pleased, as he's never had a murder case. Then the contents of a dozen or so garbage bags are discovered behind the bookshop. The letters inside are nasty.
