This audiobook is great, just as the title said. It easily breaks down each topic into concise and easy-to-understand sections. It debunks many common “low carb” diet myths, which I liked. It provides sample meal plans, tips for eating out, and options for sweetening without sugar as well as several recipes for all meals and snacks.

This audible deserves ten stars!!! It is definitely an amazing audible. Several years ago, I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. While I have always understood that my weight is not my worth, I wanted to make a change that I would be able to incorporate. I learned and researched the significant role that fiber plays in our everyday lives. The beauty of this savvy book is that it provides its reader with a keen understanding of what a low carb diet actually entails. It teaches us about good carbs versus bad carbs. With so many diets out there, at times, one could feel overwhelmed and confused. Best audible.

Just what I was looking for
This audible provides a lot of good information on low-carb diets and has a lot of great recipes. Some of my favorites were: Cream Baked Eggs, Crispy Parmesan Kale Chips, and the Seared Chicken Veracruz. There are recipes for breakfast, entrees, desserts, salads, and more. Most of the recipes have simple ingredients so you don't have to go out and buy all these expensive ingredients. Just amazing.

Definitely recommended!
I have been on the yo-yo dieting for a couple of years and truly was unhappy with the results. I listened to this audiobook and decided to give it a try.
