Bedtime Visualization was a waste of time
First the man who walks you thru your initial meditation has the worst tone, it almost sounded like a joke it was so over the top like he wanted to sound spooky but a kid halloween spooky. lol The woman's voice was a little better but not by much because she had a really nasally voice. But the birds chirping in the background was nice.
I tried it out to help me sleep however these silly people place the introduction in the end of the whole thing so as the lady was finally getting me sleepy the first narrator (man) jumps back on super loud explaining what visualization is and it's benefits. The keyword in the title is "Bedtime" apparently that was lost on the creators of this audio book. They might consider putting the introduction at the beginning not the end of the audio book so people can be lulled to sleep and stay asleep.
The other problem I had was that there was really no positive visualization as mentioned in the very loud explanation at the end of the book, there was nothing that had you think positive self improving thoughts it was a total bust.
I hate to sound so harsh but it was just a waste of time. I've heard many other visualization hypnosis meditations and stories and this one was nowhere as good.
