I feel like a pro
Since I cook at home alot this audiobook has me feeling safe about everything I eat at home now. I don't have to stress over if my kids are going to die of not based off the food I give them :)

This book taught me a lot I did not know
I am into nutrition, so I care about what I put into my body. This book provided me with so much information about the food I eat that I will now be able to take into account. The book runs smoothly, covers a lot of information, and the narration is easy to listen to. Overall, I'm glad I bought this book, I got more than my money's worth from it.
