Noteworthy Book!

This is such a great foundational book about boundaries! I appreciate that the author addresses the challenges that come with keeping boundaries as well as the different kinds of scenarios boundaries are necessary. Boundaries can be such a challenge when others are constantly overstepping or wanting you to change your bounds for them. Committing to your boundaries, reinforcing them, and establishing consequences are important to maintaining your boundaries; not committing to them is not only doing a disservice to yourself but also teaching the other person what they're doing is okay and that the boundary does not matter. Some of it is heavy stuff but the kind of information you need! If you're thinking about getting this book, I highly recommend it.

Inspiring!

I've always struggled with setting boundaries, often finding myself overwhelmed and drained because I couldn't say no. Which is why I really loved this audiobook and it really stood out to me was how applicable the advice is. Each step is designed to help you handle real-life situations, from dealing with difficult people to finding the courage to say no without feeling guilty. The changes I've made since listening to this audiobook have been incredible. I feel more in control of my life and much more balanced. If you're looking for a way to reclaim your time and energy, I can't recommend this audiobook enough!
