  • This weekend the best race in Wales rocks around for another instalment. That's right, it's time for the RB10K again, and the boys sat down with Run Director Shaun Tobin.


    Before the boys got onto the famous race, they took a quick fire trip through Shauns sporting achievements, sprinkled with medals from both boxing and running. you could sit down with Shaun for hours and listens to his stories.


    And then we got onto the big race, it's history and it's development into the modern day alongside the rise of social media.
