Stright Forward and Practical-Highly Recommended
I have read several of Elena’s books and find them to be very helpful in not only explaining Law Of Attraction but also teaching how to successfully navigate around the principles in a heartfelt way. Between her short reads and regular long form reads, there’s always a consistent and coherent thread through out her body of work that ties all separate themes together very nicely. This particular book, “Affirmations Demystified” is right up there with the others. Her style is a great balance of practical with the spiritual. To put it in her own words, “Affirmations are not some magic spells, but rather mindfully designed healthy and delicious dishes you can feed your mind with”. I would highly recommend this book!

Love Elena’s work
Have been listening to a number of Elena’s audiobooks and this book doesn’t disappoint. This book does a great job of getting to the point and explaining the content in a way that is easy to understand. The narrator is great as well. Definitely recommend this book, as well as Elena’s other books.

Clear explanation of Affirmations
I've read quite a few books by Elena and I really like her approach to the LOA. She presents it clearly, and without the doom, gloom & woo-woo found in other LOA-books.
Affirmations are like Calls to Action. You still have to do the work but affirmations help put you in the mindset to actually get to work. They're not magic spells! I like how much this book emphasises that.
This book will give you a clear instruction on what to do (and also what NOT to do) when you incorporate affirmations into your daily routine.
I absolutely loved this book! The narration was clear and enthusiastic. I can definitely see myself go back to this book time and time again!
