Witty!

I have ADHD and have read every book out there. This one is way different. It doesn't have a clinical approach, instead it uses humor and fictional characters to educate you on ADHD. I liked the section on executive functioning - it's so relateable! If you have ADHD and are tired of reading the same thing written in the same way, definitely check this book out!

Fun read!

This was a fun read! I loved the sarcastic and witty writing style! It uses characters that portray the various symptoms of ADHD (the good ones, too!) and educated you on the symptom using the characters profile. If you're tired of the boring, clinical books on ADHD, this is a good one to switch up with!

Callie Parker's personal experiences and relatable anecdotes made me feel understood and less alone in my journey. The book's strategies for managing ADHD are straightforward and easy to follow, and the emphasis on embracing one's uniqueness is empowering. The habit tracker and journal prompts have been instrumental in helping me create routines that work for ADHD brain. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to better understand and manage their ADHD.

Funny

This book was so funny. The author uses a really creative way to explain the nuances of ADHD - definitely ADHD friendly lol I appreciated that the chapters weren't forever long and it didn't read clinical, but still offered tons of practical advice. I would definitely add this one to your toolkit!

I love this!

Such a simple but impactful book. I've recently been diagnosed with ADHD and that's when everything clicked for me. This resource is a short but punchy book that's given me quite a number of AHA moments as I listen to it while I worked in the kitchen. I usually carry around this little notebook to jot down notes throughout the day and listening to this almost filled that notebook lol Love this.
