I have never felt so SEEN!
I don’t have a formal diagnosis of ADD, but I thought I might have some tendencies. Boy was I right! LOL! This book highlighted specific behaviors that have kept me stuck and unproductive for YEARS, and offered non-cookie-cutter approaches to developing better habits, skills, and mindsets that will hopefully help me to get myself together (at least to minimize my foolishness somewhat). I just finished listening to this book, and as soon as I finished writing this review, I am going to restart it! Thank you for this book!

Wish I had this reference 35 years ago for college
I guess the first step is understanding that you do have ADD. this is the first book I've listened to that has concrete steps to adapt the way you think to getting things done. I've already recommended it to several of my friends.

Perfect for anyone needing advice/tips for managing life with ADD/ADHD
I loved all of the examples in this book. It’s the best book I’ve ever read for organizing my things and my life! I also have the hard copy. I’m going to listen to it again and highlight/tag certain parts in the hard copy book so I can reference them and make note cards. My son and daughter were both diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and I heard so many helpful solutions for us in this book. Also get The Adult ADD Solution by George Sachs. That’s another good one!!

So grateful to have found this book. Very detailed and thorough, but high value content. I love the specific examples and various tips to try. Truly helpful, life-changing advice you will benefit from, even if it takes a while to actually implement any of these tips. 😬

Thorough and highly usable.
As a professional organizer and a family member of people with ADHD I really appreciated how much this book had to offer. It gives multiple approaches to each challenge and most of them seem realistic to try. One of the most practical self-help books I have seen.

Best organization guide/life guide EVER!!
This is by far the best book on organization that I have ever encountered. She completely understands the ADD mind. These techniques work! I didn't get bored with the book either. This, honestly, has changed my life. Thank you!!!!

Amazing Resource for New ADHDers
This book is everything I needed as an adult recently diagnosed with ADHD. The authors did a wonderful job nailing exactly what the most common and important organizational struggles are for individuals with ADHD and actually structure the book in a way that is friendly to digest! I chose audiobook format specifically because I find I can engage with the material better when I’m also doing something else and I don’t feel like any of the impact from the material was lost. Also, whoever they got to read the book - absolutely fantastic! Her voice is soothing and interesting to listen to and sounds nurturing instead of judgmental or prescriptive. I’ll be going back through this book with a fine tooth comb to start implementing some of the many very useful systems they outline.
